First break for the year – a “traditional” 2 week camping trip to La Belle France again in the company of Howard & Beryl. This time we went for the first two weeks of July in an attempt to avoid les RugRats. We began in an area called La Brenne noted for its many lakes and wildlife. After a good start, the weather decided to collapse and our trip seemed to turn into something of a search for the sun. Irritating given the immaculate year that we had in England!
