On a 2019 trip to Sri Lanka, before the latest terrorist attacks, I managed to grab a few more than just a handful of birds, including some very impressive specimens. Happy though I was, this collection doesn’t really scratch the surface since there are better than 4oo species recorded for Sri Lanka.
